Membership Development Director, PRS for Music
A 24 year industry veteran, started his career sweeping studio floors and perfecting the art of making tea. Several months on the road with Pink Floyd in Canada prompted him to set-up his own concert merchandising company at the age of 20. Several years in independent record promotion were followed by the creation of First Avenue Records and Management in the mid 90s where he managed a variety of artists and producers including Kele Le Roc, Relish, Airman, Johnson, Dina Carroll, Fraser T Smith and Johnny Panic. Became Head of International at EMI Records, London working with Robbie Williams, David Coverdale / Whitesnake, D’Angelo, Fun Lovin Criminals, Eternal and Pink Floyd prior to then joining mobile phone operator, 3, as Head of Music in 2000. Joined PRS for Music in 2006 and is responsible for global Member and industry relations as well as Marketing and Communications to PRS members. .
