Jenny Morris

Born in New Zealand, Jenny Morris recorded 4 solo albums; ‘Body & Soul' ('87), ‘Shiver' ('89), ‘Honeychild' ('91), ‘Salvation Jane' ('95) & one greatest hits ‘The Story So Far' (‘92). Hit & Myth is Jenny's 5th solo album and her first in 6 years. She has sold more than 500 000 records and 4 Multi-Platinum albums including Body and Soul (Platinum), Shiver (Triple Platinum), Honeychild (Platinum) and The Story So Far (Platinum).

Jenny has had top charting singles success with ‘You're Gonna Get Hurt' ('86), ‘Body & Soul' ('87), ‘You I Know' ('87), ‘She's Got to be Loved' ('89), and ‘Break in the Weather' ('91). She has won two back to back ‘Best Female Artist' ARIA Awards 1987 & 1988 and toured extensively in Australia, Europe and England, first with Tears For Fears, and then with Prince who asked her to join his tour after hearing ‘Saved Me' in a club. Jenny has also toured Australia with Paul McCartney in 1993, and the world with INXS in 1986/87.
