Bob has held the position of Managing Director of Universal Music Publishing P/L Australia since 2000 and prior to that was Managing Director of indie publisher Rondor Music Australia P/L.  Bob also held various management positions at Polygram Records (now Universal Music P/L).

He has always been a champion of local writers and artists. Over the years he has been involved with many renown bands such as Cold Chisel, The Black Sorrows, The Little Heroes and Mental As Anything through to more current artists Powderfinger, Jet, Wolfmother, Guy Sebastian, The Living End, Redcoats, Jessica Mauboy, Potbelleez, Bag Raiders, 360, Cassie Davis, Paulmac, Sean Mullins (Snob Scrilla)and Louis Schoorl, to name a few, plus country artists like Lee Kernaghan, Adam Brand, Adam Harvey, Graeme Connors and Colin Buchanan.
