More Speakers Announced as Registration Opens!

With registration for SONG SUMMIT 2012 now open, APRA|AMCOS is proud to announce further speakers who will take part in the three-day creative, business-development and networking expo.

Now in its third iteration, Australia’s premiere music industry conference will be held at the Sydney Convention Centre 26 -28 May 2012 as part of Vivid Sydney. The Song Summit program includes live performances by international and local talent as well as workshops, conferences, showcases and networking opportunities designed to provide local songwriters with educational support. Put simply, SONG SUMMIT is a wonderful opportunity for local artists to meet and learn from some of the legends of the music business including the likes of already-announced guest speakers Steve Cropper, Gary Calamar, Imogen Heap, Kev Carmody, Guy Sebastian and Kevin Mitchell.

In addition to providing local music creators with access to professionals in the global music business community, SONG SUMMIT 2012 will provide some wonderful ‘money can’t buy’ opportunities in the form of Play The Music (a chance for songwriters to perform within Song Summit Live) and Listen To The Music (a chance for songwriters to have their songs critiqued by music industry professionals).
