Last year Backstage Pass gave 120+ primary and secondary students an amazing opportunity to learn from, and hone their musical skills with, some of Australia’s leading music artists. Under the leadership of Creative Director, John Foreman, and the guidance of 20 mentors, including Rai Thistlethwayte, Erana Clark (Australian Idol Vocal coach), Finabah, Jefferson and Microwave Jenny, the students created and performed their own work on the Sydney FIFA Fan Fest™.
This year is set to be bigger and better with mentors already confirmed including:
- Erana Clarke: Singer and vocal coach
- Peter Northcote: Singer / Songwriter
- Rai Thistlethwayte: Singer / Songwriter
Registrations for Backstage Pass will open in March. Registration cost is $30.
